Marcin Gajewski completed full-time law studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the University of Wrocław. In 2003 he was granted the degree of magister prawa (Master of Arts in Law). In December the same year he passed the exam and was admitted to legal apprenticeship by the Regional Bar Chamber in Wrocław and at the beginning of 2004 he commenced his work as a trainee advocate. In 2007, he passed the advocate exam and in 2008 he swore the advocate oath and commenced practicing his profession of an advocate within own Advocate Law Firm, being entered into the list of advocates at Regional Bar Chamber in Wrocław. He specializes in criminal, civil and family law as well as forest law, including public procurement and the management of real property constituting the property of the State Treasury by National Forest Holding „The State Forests”.
Since January 2013, entered into the list of trainee advocates at Regional Bar Chamber in Wrocław. He completed full-time law studies and post-graduate studies concerning safety management at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the University of Wrocław. He graduated from the School of German Law organised in cooperation with Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the School of Austrian Law co-organised by the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. He can speak fluent German, including legal German. In our Law Firm he is responsible for contacts with German speaking clients. He can also speak English. In 2014, he won the first prize for the best court letter of the second edition of Moot Court – Court Tournament of Constitutional Rights and Freedoms organised by the Association named after Prof. Zbigniew Hołda. He is interested in the issues of administrative, constitutional and commercial law, paying particular attention to white-collar crime.
She completed full-time law studies at the University of Wrocław and University of Verona, where she studied within the Erasmus programme. Since 2014, entered into the list of trainee advocates at Regional Bar Chamber in Wrocław. She gained her experience during the work for advocate and legal advisor law firm and during the cooperation with the European Parliament Information Office. She served an internship with Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London and advocate law firm Chiavegatti in Verona. She can speak fluent English and Italian as well as Russian language at the communicative level. Her knowledge of Italian at the advanced level has been proven by the CILS Certificate, issued by the University for Foreigners in Siena. She completed a course of legal Russian language organised by the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the University of Wrocław. Her legal interests focus on broadly understood civil and commercial law.

He gained his experience in advocate law firms and the student legal clinic at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the University of Wrocław. Holder of the academic scholarship of the Vice-Chencellor of the University of Wrocław. He can speak English. He is interested in civil, family, commercial and hunting law.
